Dear Siblings in Christ,

We are excited to invite the youth of your congregation to join us for an unforgettable time of faith, friendship, and formation at this summer’s Mid Atlantic Regional Youth Conference, held July 23-26, 2026 at Laurelville Retreat Center.

Our theme this year is I AM, inspired by the powerful “I Am” statements of Jesus in the Gospel of John. Together, we will explore how these words speak into our identity, our calling, and our place in God’s story. Through worship, small groups, outdoor adventures, and creative workshops, youth will be encouraged to encounter Christ in fresh and life-giving ways.

Cost & Sponsorship

The full cost of the conference is $600 per participant. To make this experience accessible, we are asking families to contribute $300. We are inviting congregations to invest in their young people by sponsoring the remaining $300 per participant. Your sponsorship is more than financial support – it is a tangible expression of your belief in the next generation of the Church. However, we don’t want cost to be prohibitive. Summer calendars fill quickly, and we don’t want your youth to miss this opportunity for spiritual growth, community building, and joyful connection. Please mark July 23-26 on your calendars and begin conversations with your youth, families, and church leadership about participation and sponsorship.
