Reaching Out Grant
All four of the conferences which now make up the Keystone Conference have had grants to be used as “seed money” to help start or carry through to completion local church mission and outreach projects. For instance, the Penn Northeast Conference had GEM Grants (Grants Energizing Mission). These projects should be intended to enhance and make more relevant the spiritual life and gospel mission of the congregation. Outreach bridges the gap between your congregation and the surrounding community by meeting practical needs. Community meals, summer lunch programs for children, food or clothing banks are just a few of the ways to reach out. What does your community need?
Since the application form covers different grants, be sure to check the box for the grant being requested.
