Dr. Nancy Omaha Boy is the former vice president of Academic Affairs at Reading Area Community College and retired Director of the Teaching Excellence Center and associate dean at Rutgers University. She is also a graduate of All Faiths Seminary International in NYC. Her late husband was a full-blooded Lakota Indian, and she lived on Rosebud Reservation in South Dakota from 1970 to 1981.
