Shiloh UCC is seeking a passionate and talented Director of Music & Worship Accompanist to provide creative leadership for our music ministry and enhance worship through music.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the church music program, including vocal and bell choirs
- Collaborate with the Pastor in worship planning and music selection
- Provide accompaniment for worship services and special church celebrations
- Encourage congregational participation in music ministry
Qualifications
- Commitment to the Christian faith
- Ability to read music and direct choirs
- Strong musical and worship leadership skills
- Collaborative and interpersonal abilities
- Prior choir directing experience preferred
Position Details
- Part-time salaried position (10–20 hours per week)
- Reports to the Pastor and Personnel Committee
- Salary commensurate with experience and responsibilities
