Ministry Description:
In consultation and coordination with Senior Pastor, this position provides strong Christian leadership within the United Church of Christ tradition and is to nurture and strengthen the Christian Education emphasis of this congregation.
We are seeking a person to plan and promote strong Sunday School programs that will develop, train, and support volunteers. To plan and lead seasonal programs such as Vacation Bible School, Christmas, Advent Workshop, etc.
A person who will identify and foster areas for spiritual development for a grounded youth ministry.
A person who will develop a relational family ministry using creativity to strengthen the connection between families and the church. Working with the Nursery School Director to connect the Nursery School with the church.
Education requirements: We are seeking a person who has training in the area of Christian Education who has a track record of developing a growing program.
