Grace and peace to you. Thank you all for working with your Association leadership over these past years, which has brought us to this time when we look forward to celebrating the beginning of the Allegheny Association of the Keystone Conference of the United Church of Christ! The Allegheny Association is scheduled to take effect beginning January 1, 2027. As we look ahead to that date, we are looking forward to our initial organizational meeting by Zoom on Thursday, December 3, at 6:30 PM. Below is a Zoom link for the meeting. Here are the things that we hope to discuss, by way of an agenda:

• Affirming the Constitution & Bylaws and the Changes to the Articles of Incorporation (as were voted on by our six Associations)

• Approving the 2027 Budget

• Electing 2027 Officers

We will also plan to set a date to meet at some point after the first of the year, in which we will plan to attend to the following items:

• Approve the Constitution & Bylaws

• Affirm the December Approval of the 2027 Budget and Election of Officers

• Approve a Policy on Boundary Training, Diversity Training, and Continuing Education for Authorized Ministers
