The format for that day will be this:  Registration starts at 2:30. Faith UCC will have light refreshments for us before the Ecclesiastical Council starts.  We will start promptly at 3:00.

3:00 – 3:45 PM – Stephanie Oelrich will be coming to us on Zoom.  She will summarize her paper and field questions and comments about her paper and her call to ordained ministry. We will vote on whether Stephanie should be ordained.  We don’t have to specify “pending a call” because Stephanie already has a call as a hospital chaplain.  The vote will then be announced.  If the vote is positive, Stephanie will share with us her plans for her later in-person ordination in York.

3:45 – 4:00 PM – Break (for the restroom and to stretch our legs)

4:00 – 4:45 PM – Devin Jeffers will summarize his paper and field questions and comments about his paper and his call to ministry. We will vote on whether Devin should be granted ordained standing in the United Church of Christ through Privilege of Call, pending a call.  The vote will then be announced.  Devin has already been circulating his profile to congregations as a person “seeking Privilege of Call.”

4:45 – 5:00 PM – Closing Celebration for our candidates and Benediction
