Facilities and Operations. These projects can be short-term (typically less than six months) or long-term (up to 18 months) and will be related to the physical building. It might be that the building might need to be more accessible, or something needs to be repaired or replaced, or new signage must be installed. A well-defined purpose, a sound plan, and a way to measure success will increase the possibility of approval.
This application form is used for several different programs. There is a check box to specify which grant is requested.
